Product Manager, Materials Management (Enterprise SaaS)

Location: Remote from anywhere in Canada, with the option to work from the Ottawa, Ontario headquarters.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Contribute to the Materials Management product strategy, vision, and roadmap based on customer needs and business value.
• Research procurement, purchasing, receiving, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain workflows through client interviews and discovery activities.
• Translate business problems into product requirements, use cases, user stories, and supporting documentation.
• Prioritize enhancements and collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, implementation, support, and client-facing teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and communicate product capabilities, roadmap priorities, and best practices.
• Manage multiple initiatives independently while improving product processes, collaboration, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with enterprise software in product management, business analysis, consulting, implementation, or a similar role.
• Experience with procurement, purchasing, inventory management, materials management, supply chain operations, or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and client-service skills.
• Ability to convert complex user and business problems into clear requirements and actionable product solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Degree, diploma, professional certification, or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, computer science, business, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in software product management within enterprise SaaS or ERP environments.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial management, procurement, purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes.
• Experience working with healthcare organizations or ERP and financial management software.
