Salary: $128,000–$228,690 annual base salary for U.S.-based roles; offers depend on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Fusion Machine Digital Twin across machine simulation, post processing, manufacturing libraries, and vendor ecosystems.
• Drive multi-axis CAM simulation and verification using real machine geometry, kinematics, fixtures, and tool-block models.
• Shape controller coverage and AI-assisted post-processor setup, modification, and authoring experiences.
• Lead the creation, quality, lifecycle, and curation of tool, holder, post, machine, fixture, and material libraries.
• Build relationships with machine, fixture, and tool vendors and lead partner add-in integrations for the hirify.global App Store.
• Collaborate with Fusion teams, hirify.global Technology Centers, engineering, stakeholders, customers, and the Fusion community to improve accuracy, coverage, and trust.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in CAM machine simulation, post processors, machine kinematics, or manufacturing content libraries.
• Practical knowledge of CAM workflows on real machines; turn-mill or mill-turn experience is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of machine builders and major tool and fixture vendors.
• Experience leading people or matrixed teams, setting quality standards, prioritizing investments, and developing others.
• Strong customer- and partner-facing experience.
• Excellent English communication skills required, with comfort working across multiple locations and time zones.

Nice to have

• Product management experience in CAD, CAM, simulation, digital twins, or tooling libraries.
• Hands-on post-processor authoring and multi-axis kinematic modeling.
• Experience with commercial simulation engines and manufacturing content libraries at scale.
• Mechanical, manufacturing, or control-systems engineering degree.
• Experience with modern product-development methodologies and AI-assisted product management.
