Location: Must be based in the United States (100% travel required across the U.S. and Canada).
Salary: $29.00 - $32.00 USD hourly (approx. $60,320 - $66,560 annually) plus up to 5% bonus.

What you will do
- Perform major corrective repairs, including complete gearbox replacements on wind turbines.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues on wind turbine systems.
- Utilize specialized tooling and equipment to perform maintenance, inspections, and retrofits.
- Identify and communicate potential safety hazards to management.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and reports regarding site activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must possess a full valid U.S. driver’s license and be insurable.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and meet OSHA/ANSI weight limits of 265 lbs or less.
- Must be able to travel 100% of the time domestically and internationally.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree in wind turbine technology preferred.
- 2-5 years of field service experience with wind turbine maintenance and repairs.
Nice to have
- Certification in rigging/signaling and crane calling.
- Experience working with medium and high voltage equipment.
