What you will do

• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance and repairs on wind turbine components.
• Troubleshoot complicated electrical problems and SCADA communication systems.
• Execute and mentor others in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures.
• Document work performed, parts used, and time spent using computer-based service reporting.
• Lead maintenance crews and assist in training junior personnel (for Level II/III roles).
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and specialized hand tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Christoval, Texas.
• High school diploma or GED (or willingness to obtain within first 6 months).
• Ability to climb towers up to 300 feet and work safely in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge required for Level I and above.
• Clearway will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).

Nice to have

• Previous experience with SAP.
• Associate’s degree in electrical or technical fields.
