What you will do

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and End-of-Line (EOL) inspections to verify compliance with technical and legal specifications.
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality deviations to minimize production impact.
• Document non-conformities and manage corrective and preventive action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Perform root cause analysis in collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Operate precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to evaluate components.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address material quality and performance issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in quality control within the manufacturing industry.
• Solid knowledge of quality inspection techniques and standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems (e.g., SAP QM).
• Fluent English communication skills required for safety and operational coordination.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience in wind turbine manufacturing.
• Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System.
