Manager - Infrastructure Technology Solutions (Utilities)

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States; office or client-site environment with up to 100% travel. No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship is available.

Salary: $142,920–$238,680 annually.

What you will do

• Lead consulting workstreams for utility technology modernization and business transformation initiatives.
• Assess business processes, organizational capabilities, technology platforms, and operational practices.
• Define current- and future-state processes, operating models, functional requirements, solution recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support utility system implementation programs through design reviews, testing support, and deployment planning.
• Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and executive decision-making meetings.
• Coordinate project governance, workstream planning, vendors, client teams, and internal consultants while supporting proposals and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a business or consulting environment.
• Experience leading workstreams or major project deliverables in consulting or transformation programs.
• Experience with utility domains such as electric, gas, water, or wastewater and related operational or enterprise systems.
• Experience developing business requirements, functional designs, process flows, or implementation roadmaps.
• Ability to work in an office or client-site environment and travel up to 100%; visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ADMS, DERMS, CIS, EAM, or similar digital platforms.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with PMO functions, project governance, or transformation program management.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or Visio.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
