What you will do

• Build development program plans covering analyses, development hardware, testing, customer requirements, and hirify.global requirements.
• Coordinate project implementation and multidisciplinary program support activities.
• Monitor schedule, cost targets, and overall program progress.
• Support the transfer of robust, producible designs into manufacturing.
• Work with customers and subcontractors to resolve technical issues, negotiate details, and report progress.
• Evaluate discrepant hardware and test anomalies through trade studies and engineering analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of closed-loop control systems and mechanical or electrical hardware design.
• Ability to learn advanced design and analysis techniques quickly.
• Clear communication with engineers, production staff, management, customers, and subcontractors.
• Current security clearance or the ability to obtain security clearance is required.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
