Salary: $175,000–$208,000

What you will do

• Define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering and product stakeholders.
• Maintain project timelines, track dependencies, and adjust plans based on shifting priorities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving timely resolution of blockers.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between software, hardware, science, and product teams.
• Provide actionable progress reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements and tools to scale development efforts.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export-controlled information (ITAR/EAR compliance).
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a similar technical role.
• 3+ years of experience managing or coordinating software development projects.
• Strong technical background in cloud computing, data pipelines, or data science.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning and risk management.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, robotics, or logistics domains.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with OKR or goal-setting frameworks.
• Experience working in distributed team environments.
