Project Engineer Integrator (Aerospace)

Project Engineer Integrator (Aerospace/Project Management): Coordinating Logistics Information Technology product support and integration for F-35 aircraft systems with an accent on horizontal and vertical integration across multi-functional teams. Location: Hybrid (Part-time Remote) in Fort Worth, Texas or Orlando, Florida. Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Coordinate across Sustainment teams and the F-35 organization to ensure contract deliverables are met.
• Lead Cost Account Management (CAM) activities and track progress using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Manage team risks, opportunities, and interfaces to maintain traceability to schedules.
• Develop team metrics and provide performance feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement processes and value stream mapping.
• Facilitate collaboration and lead meetings to align team efforts with project goals and timelines.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of 5th generation fighter jet maintenance, supply, and mission planning processes.
• Proven experience in lateral leadership and customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Prior Project Management and Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience.
