What you will do

• Own the day-to-day execution of proposal responses from solicitation analysis through final submission.
• Translate complex engineering and manufacturing concepts into clear, persuasive customer-facing narratives.
• Develop compliance matrices, annotated outlines, proposal schedules, and requirements traceability tools.
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Legal, and Executive leadership.
• Draft technical, management, and executive summary content while ensuring consistency across volumes.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to strengthen capture strategy and positioning.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen eligible and willing to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to U.S. export controls.
• Bachelor's degree and 1-4 years of experience in technical writing, project management, or consulting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under aggressive deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced environments like startups, advanced manufacturing, or defense technology.
• Familiarity with U.S. Government acquisition processes (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, BAAs, OTAs, or SBIR/STTR).
