What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-fidelity simulation and HITL test products.
• Guide the end-to-end development of reprogramming-lab solutions for F-35 software testing.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and cost targets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate technical status and program progress to internal leadership and external customers.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and functional leadership to integrate lab efforts seamlessly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
• Experience in Systems Integration Labs development or working within Labs.
• Proven Project Management experience.
• Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Control Account Management (CAM) and/or Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• Experience with Man-in-the-Loop or Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation.
• Product development and integration management experience.
• Lab development experience across both systems and software areas.
