Salary: $122,900–$216,660 annually, or $141,300–$244,835 annually in most major metropolitan areas of California, Massachusetts, and New York.

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of integrated capabilities within the Saber digital thread ecosystem.
• Coordinate Program Leadership, IT Architecture, business process redesign teams, Agile Release Trains, and Agile teams.
• Define and maintain integrated schedules covering infrastructure, software, hardware, licensing, and technical dependencies.
• Drive incremental capability delivery and manage program, environment, and solution-level issues to resolution.
• Assess architecture and business process requirements needed for integration capabilities.
• Track planned versus actual costs, FTE, funding, and monthly spend while escalating risks and issues.

Requirements

• Formal project management training or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver IT projects or initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management System fundamentals.
• Effective planning, prioritization, oral communication, and written communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship without dual citizenship is mandatory; government security clearance is required after starting, with Secret clearance level.

Nice to have

• SAFe or PMI PMP certification.
• Experience with JIRA, enterprise business analysis, project or portfolio management, and complex IT systems integration.
• Business process reengineering and cross-organizational leadership experience.
• Experience with PLM, MES, ERP, or Siemens Xcelerator platforms.
