Salary: $145,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Own the connectivity capability roadmap across EDI, API, RPA, and integration platforms.
• Lead a current-state assessment of trading partner connections and define a prioritized execution plan.
• Streamline and automate the end-to-end trading partner onboarding experience.
• Establish KPI frameworks to measure onboarding speed, transaction quality, and operational reliability.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to enable self-service partner onboarding capabilities.
• Build data-driven business cases for connectivity investments and influence executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, platform, or technical integration products within logistics or supply chain environments.
• Working knowledge of B2B integration technologies including EDI (X12/EDIFACT), APIs, and iPaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, operating models, and KPI frameworks in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL and able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering.

• Experience with self-service onboarding models.
• Experience with integration automation or AI-assisted data mapping.
