What you will do

• Coordinate with account managers and sales engineers to clarify RFP scope and determine technical requirements.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend networking products and solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance responses, and bills of materials for customer engagements.
• Act as a technical advisor for data center, campus, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, cloud, MIST, and Aruba networking solutions.
• Coordinate with product lifecycle, subject matter expert, bid, and other stakeholder teams.
• Maintain proposal archives and contribute to process improvement and internal quality reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience, preferably in networking or telecommunications, including at least 2 years in presales.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics and communication, computer science, or an equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VLANs, DHCP, EVPN, VXLAN, SASE, and tunneling technologies.
• Knowledge of security, data center, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, SDN, cloud, network automation, enterprise, and campus technologies.
• Understanding of service provider, enterprise, data center, and broadband technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Juniper or Aruba products and solutions.
• Experience with proposal automation software.
• Product certifications such as JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, or CCIE.
