Manufacturing Partner Manager

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Manage manufacturing-partner activities for networking products and oversee day-to-day supply-chain operations.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and supplier or manufacturing-partner stakeholders.
• Manage product SKU costs, production releases, material and build budgets, and spend reporting.
• Conduct quarterly cost negotiations, cost analysis, and business performance reviews.
• Manage material shortages, supply risks, and Clear to Build reporting for senior management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of material planning, supplier risks, component lead times, forecasting, and order-management processes.
• Experience with CM, ODM, and JDM relationship management and RFQ processes.
• Knowledge of networking-industry supply trends, risk mitigation, business continuity, cost management, and sourcing strategies.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, influencing, and supply-chain modeling skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language required. A degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering is desired.

Nice to have

• Expertise with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic project management skills.
• Experience working independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
