Programme Manager, Supply Chain

Location: London, United Kingdom. Full-time, office-based role with a hybrid working policy combining time in offices and workshops with working from home. Core working hours apply, and internal travel may be required.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply chain execution and material readiness for prototypes, new product introductions, subassemblies, and fleet launches.
• Coordinate supply chain activities across Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, Legal, Operations, Manufacturing, suppliers, and external partners.
• Translate engineering BOMs and programme demand into procurement plans, identifying long-lead items and critical-path components.
• Manage upfitter and third-party integration partner programmes, tracking vehicle build milestones, quality, readiness, and risks.
• Define and report supply chain KPIs, including material availability, cost savings, and inventory cycle-count accuracy.
• Analyse performance trends, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions, process improvements, and supply disruption contingency plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain programme management, NPI, and hardware operations.
• Strong understanding of BOM management, material planning, procurement processes, and cross-functional programme delivery.
• Experience managing programmes across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain with strong risk-management and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with supplier compliance frameworks, including TISAX, ISO standards, legal and environmental requirements, and ethical sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to work in or commute to the London office under the hybrid working policy.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive, consumer hardware, or robotics industry.
• Experience collaborating with legal and compliance teams on supplier agreements, NDAs, and risk controls.
