SCM Business Operations Manager

hirify.global is a semiconductor manufacturer focused on producing high-volume semiconductor components and operating a global supply chain organization.

What you will do

• Advise the Head of Global Supply Chain Management and coordinate strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and operational reviews.
• Align priorities across Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, R&D, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate responses to major supply chain disruptions, escalations, and business continuity events.
• Build and lead cross-functional task forces and manage strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
• Drive transformation, change leadership, and continuous improvement across global SCM operations.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, business operations, strategy, management consulting, or related functions.
• At least 3 years of leadership or senior management experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain operations, business planning, and organizational governance.
• Experience managing complex disruptions, crisis situations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, executive reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience working in fast-paced, highly matrixed organizations.
