- Build pipelines across Europe, focusing on data centre engineers in Germany
- Develop proactive sourcing via direct search and referrals
- Deliver a respectful, transparent candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies
- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and testing providers
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, incl. 1+ year in-house
- End-to-end recruitment across engineering and corporate roles
- Strong sourcing capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management; coach hiring managers
- Passion for candidate experience; strong communication
- Analytical, organized; experience with ATS; English + another EU language
