What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various technical, business, creative, and leadership positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team needs, and priorities.
• Develop hiring strategies and source candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and creative outreach.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines in the ATS.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess both hard and soft skills.
• Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring speed and quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within product companies.
• Experience recruiting for marketing roles, such as Creative Marketers, UA Managers, and Motion Designers.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing techniques.
• English: Intermediate level or higher for conducting interviews.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
