Salary: $230,000–$300,000 plus equity.

What you will do

• Deliver workflow agents that comprehend construction projects and prepare accurate permit and inspection submissions.
• Define reliability standards at the field and submission levels and own the quality gates for production releases.
• Drive the path from assistive human-in-the-loop workflows to single-shot automation where accuracy allows.
• Partner with operations to create evaluation processes, golden datasets, structured error analysis, and a data flywheel.
• Build internal tools for testing, monitoring, error analysis, and continuous improvement of agentic systems.
• Act as the applied AI product expert for teams transitioning from traditional software development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience or an equivalent background in forward-deployed engineering, applied research, or operations leadership.
• Direct ownership of the quality bar for a shipped AI or agentic system.
• Hands-on experience with evaluations, golden datasets, LLM-as-judge, human annotation, and online monitoring.
• Deep technical fluency and the ability to engage engineering teams on technical concepts.
• Experience partnering closely with operations teams and translating operational insight into product decisions.
• High ownership, urgency, accountability, and a record of delivering high-quality products with expanding scope.
