What you will do

• Scale AI capabilities and agent infrastructure across Commercial Operations, G&A, leadership, and other business functions.
• Govern MCP integrations, agent skills, and secure access to internal tools and systems of record.
• Build evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to monitor agent accuracy, latency, cost, and output quality.
• Define and standardize company-wide KPIs and enterprise reporting as a single source of truth.
• Identify operational friction and deploy AI-native automations that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Prototype workflows and reporting systems directly, then partner with platform engineering to harden and scale them.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience building internal platforms, business systems, or operational tooling at company-wide scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
• Highly fluent in SQL and Python, with practical understanding of modern APIs and data architecture.
• Deep knowledge of LLM evaluation frameworks, Model Context Protocol integrations, and agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, agentic coding harnesses, or vibe-coding platforms for prototyping.
• Strong experience unifying fragmented, manual, or Excel-based processes into scalable automated systems and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Ops, MLOps, or core infrastructure teams.
• Business Systems, BizOps, or ProductOps experience in a high-growth startup.
• Experience with graph databases or complex data warehouse integrations.
• Background in robotics, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing.
