Salary: $330,000–$375,000 USD base salary, plus potential bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do
- Own the integrated NavDx franchise strategy, P&L, revenue, volume, market share, pipeline, and long-term growth.
- Lead market-shaping initiatives to establish NavDx as a reference standard for surveillance and minimal residual disease monitoring.
- Direct upstream and downstream marketing, including indication strategy, positioning, lifecycle management, campaigns, congress strategy, and field enablement.
- Provide strategic leadership to Medical Science Liaison, Medical Education, and KOL engagement programs.
- Lead sales execution through a second-line sales leader and sales team, including targeting, forecasting, demand planning, and performance management.
- Align Sales, Medical Affairs, R&D, Commercial Operations, and other functions through data-driven decision-making and executive planning.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or biopharma.
- Proven franchise or portfolio leadership experience with accountability for commercial performance.
- Deep experience in upstream and downstream marketing and collaboration with Medical Affairs.
- Strong matrix leadership, cross-functional influence, and operational execution skills.
- Advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD.
- Strong compliance orientation and credibility across Sales and Medical functions.
