What you will do

• Set and govern product portfolio strategy, roadmap priorities, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
• Prepare executive recommendations, business cases, roadmap updates, performance reviews, and decision materials.
• Align Sales, Business Development, Market Access, R&D, Operations, Technology, Medical Affairs, Finance, Legal, Quality, and Client Services.
• Use customer, clinical, competitive, reimbursement, technology, and regulatory insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Oversee product definition, lifecycle management, commercialization readiness, launches, enhancements, and post-launch optimization.
• Lead, coach, and develop the product management team while establishing consistent practices and decision frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5 years in a leadership role within molecular diagnostics, genomics, or a related healthcare industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams from concept through commercialization.
• Strong background in clinical diagnostics, precision medicine, or laboratory-developed tests.
• Ability to define product vision, drive innovation, develop data-supported business cases, and make prioritization recommendations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MS, PhD, MBA, or genetic counseling degree.
• Experience in prenatal and reproductive health or oncology.
