What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop capabilities and systems roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and maintenance of COTS and custom technology solutions.
• Manage strategic relationships with software vendors and service providers.
• Build and develop internal teams and oversee managed services providers.
• Ensure system compliance with DTE, Internal Audit, and Quality Assurance regulations.
• Establish and report on project value drivers and financial impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and solution design.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects with global stakeholders.
• Experience running IT managed services or outsourced/offshore teams.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology, MS Project, Visio, and Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work in Boston, MA.
