What you will do

• Define and implement the hirify.global product roadmap with deep AI/agent integration and strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of product and technical product managers.
• Develop comprehensive product strategies including market analysis and lifecycle management.
• Align product portfolio priorities across science, commercial, regulatory, market access, and clinical pathways.
• Architect and integrate AI automation and agentic workflows into the product roadmap.
• Establish relationships with key customers and partners to inform product innovation and enhancement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in product management.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience building and cultivating high-performing teams.
• Prior experience in oncology, primary care, and consumer sectors.
• Proven track record of launching in vitro diagnostic products.
• Strong understanding of the diagnostics market, regulatory landscapes, and compliance.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Brisbane, California headquarters (Hybrid).
