Salary: $185,900 - $278,900

What you will do

• Lead the US Commercial CRM strategy and roadmap to drive customer engagement and business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end CRM lifecycle, including migration and implementation of fit-for-purpose capabilities.
• Collaborate with Business Units, IT, and Analytics to optimize CRM models and processes.
• Develop a sustainable prioritization model for initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing CRM Field Technology team.
• Govern CRM processes to address stakeholder concerns and ensure scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in life sciences.
• 8+ years of direct experience managing Veeva CRM and supporting field teams.
• 8+ years of technology-related project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports.
• Deep knowledge of commercial biopharma business processes and operations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
