What you will do

• Demonstrate how AI-powered CDI can improve documentation, boost revenue, and drive quality care for health systems.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to refine documentation workflows and help clients maximize their CDI programs.
• Design and implement educational materials and curricula for CDI specialists to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Communicate directly with client CDI leaders to establish trust and demonstrate advanced inpatient documentation best practices.

Requirements

• MD, RN, or another relevant clinical credential.
• Deep familiarity with ICD-10, HCC coding, Medicare guidelines, and payer documentation requirements.
• Proven ability to translate complex clinical concepts into compelling business impact messaging.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in clinical documentation improvement (CDI) leadership, HIM, or RCM programs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret healthcare data trends.
