What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders on Source-to-Pay technology and AI-driven solutions.
• Implement and maintain AI capabilities within the Source-to-Pay space while ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate business challenges into functional technical designs.
• Manage integrations between upstream and downstream platforms and oversee system configurations.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and strategic vendors to deliver enhancements and support platform operations.
• Ensure all technology initiatives align with internal audit, privacy, and system lifecycle management policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience with business systems in the Life Sciences industry.
• Proven track record of implementing AI/ML technologies with measurable business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in Source-to-Pay platforms such as Coupa, Icertis, ProcessUnity, or Docusign.
• Strong experience in project management, agile development, and DevOps practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience managing relationships with managed service providers.
• Background in global procurement process transformation.
