Director, Product Management – Conversational Intelligence (AI)

What you will do

• Define and own product strategy for meeting intelligence, conversation intelligence, voice, and dialing.
• Deliver AI-native experiences and workflows based on current model and technology advancements.
• Ship AI and ML features with engineering, data science, and design teams.
• Lead discovery and roadmap sessions with prospects and customers.
• Lead and develop product managers across multiple scrum teams.
• Partner with product marketing on enablement, positioning, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building software products with ownership of prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines.
• 2+ years managing product teams.
• Technical understanding of speech-to-text and NLP pipelines, real-time audio and video processing, VoIP, and telephony infrastructure is preferred.
• Experience defining long-term strategy while delivering near-term product impact in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer focus, technical credibility, cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; prior B2B SaaS product experience required. MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
