What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy for conversation intelligence, voice, and dialing capabilities.
• Deliver AI-native experiences by integrating the latest model advancements into user workflows.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers across multiple scrum teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design to ship high-impact AI and ML features.
• Partner with product marketing to drive positioning and thought leadership in the agentic revenue space.
• Analyze customer feedback and product metrics to inform long-term roadmap prioritization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software product management with a focus on prioritization and execution.
• 2+ years of experience managing product teams.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS product development.
• Familiarity with VoIP, telephony infrastructure, speech-to-text, and NLP pipelines.
• Strong ability to create clarity in complex, ambiguous domains and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
