Salary: $206,000–$303,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global's product portfolio.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, workloads, and opportunities in the AI Hyperscaler domain.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align different products within the portfolio.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, integrating feedback and requirements into product development.
• Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams for successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Design and lead operating rhythms for business cadences related to strategy and business reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience (7+ years) in product strategy, product management, or product operations, with a focus on AI, ML, Cloud, and SaaS technologies.
• Good understanding of the AI and ML technology landscape, including current and future directions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive product vision and strategy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-informed decisions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to conform to U.S. Government export regulations.
