What you will do

• Set the strategic vision and define key outcomes for a product area.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to execute against product goals.
• Champion the use of AI automation to drive product decisions and scale workflows.
• Partner with go-to-market leadership to shape product messaging and analyst briefings.
• Collaborate with services leadership to deliver customer outcomes and identify revenue opportunities.
• Drive strategic prioritization across customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.

Requirements

• 12+ years in product management with at least 5 years in B2B enterprise software.
• Deep domain knowledge in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management.
• Experience managing or mentoring other PMs in complex technical environments.
• AI aptitude with a track record of building AI capabilities into products.
• Executive communication skills with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
