What you will do

• Own and maintain the site's 3–5-year master plan, including space allocation, infrastructure capacity, utility growth, and long-term development strategies.
• Lead construction, business, environmental, infrastructure, and operational permitting activities.
• Coordinate with municipalities, government agencies, utility providers, and authorities having jurisdiction to secure approvals and maintain compliance.
• Evaluate growth scenarios, capacity gaps, risks, and required infrastructure investments.
• Track permit schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies to support project execution.
• Align planning and permitting requirements with engineering, construction, finance, legal, and operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site planning, permitting, infrastructure development, facilities engineering, construction, or municipal and regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of building codes, environmental regulations, utility infrastructure, and permitting processes.
• Experience with site master planning, infrastructure capacity assessments, and growth scenario analysis.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, risk assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Experience working with municipalities, government authorities, environmental agencies, and utility providers.
