What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive system-level test plans to ensure platform testability and manufacturability.
• Define test equipment, requirements, and content to achieve high test coverage.
• Drive validation methodologies and debug failures to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze test results to ensure functionality aligns with specifications and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Design, and Verification teams to improve platform quality.
• Coordinate with factories to resolve yield, failure, and retest issues during builds.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related scientific field.
• 6+ years of experience in platform validation, test engineering, or a related domain.
• Proficiency in electrical validation, system-level testing, and test automation tools.
• Solid understanding of electrical fundamentals and circuit testing principles.
• Programming experience in C++, Python, Perl, or equivalent languages.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Haifa, Israel

Nice to have

• Experience as a Technical Lead, SLT Lead or similar leadership role.
• Practical experience with AI co-design environments.
• Hands-on experience with test-house/OSAT production.
• Emulation experience coupled with system validation.
