NPI Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead new product introduction activities throughout the product lifecycle and transfer products from development to manufacturing.
• Act as the primary R&D interface for manufacturing and service organizations.
• Coordinate collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams.
• Manage BOM structures, configuration control, engineering change orders, and product release activities.
• Drive manufacturing readiness through beta builds, material planning, risk management, and production release execution.

Requirements

• BSc in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, physics, chemistry, or an equivalent engineering or scientific field.
• At least 3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, operations engineering, product engineering, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of PLM systems.
• Demonstrated project and program management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
