DFT Engineer (ASIC)

What you will do

• Design and develop complex integrated circuits and ASICs.
• Define architecture, logic, module interfaces, verification, documentation, and system simulations.
• Evaluate the ASIC development flow from high-level design through synthesis, place and route, timing, and power analysis.
• Analyze equipment operation data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results.
• Lead major projects, product and process delivery, and significant technical initiatives.
• Act as an escalation point, influencing priorities and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
• Broad experience in ASIC development, integrated circuit design, simulation, synthesis, place and route, timing, and power analysis.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience leading teams, major projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to determine methods, procedures, priorities, and evaluation criteria with general management direction.
