What you will do

• Oversee definition, design, verification, and documentation for ASIC development.
• Determine architecture design, logic design, and system simulation.
• Evaluate process flow from high-level design to synthesis, place and route, and timing and power use.
• Lead the design and delivery of new products and processes.
• Champion significant projects and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and act as an escalation point for complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, Master's with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading major projects.
• Deep expertise in integrated circuit design and ASIC development.
• Ability to apply broad concepts and theories to solve complex technical problems.
