What you will do

• Own end-to-end system definition from marketing requirements through to final product delivery.
• Lead system architecture decisions and conduct technical trade-off evaluations.
• Drive multidisciplinary execution across Hardware, Software, Algorithms, Process, Applications, and Manufacturing.
• Manage product integration, qualification, and readiness for alpha, beta, and customer releases.
• Plan and lead system integration activities and conduct root-cause analysis for complex technical issues.
• Serve as the primary engineering interface for PLC, Applications, and Field support organizations.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in multidisciplinary R&D environments.
• Proven experience leading complex system development programs.
• Deep understanding of system engineering, architecture, integration, and qualification methodologies.
• Ability to drive execution and influence technical decisions across various disciplines.
• Must be based in Yavne, Israel.
