What you will do

• Lead the regional Finance organization across accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, procurement, finance operations, and shared services.
• Own annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across LATAM entities.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting under IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, capital allocation, and liquidity across the region.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, the Global CFO, and LATAM leadership on profitable growth and strategic initiatives.
• Lead finance transformation, automation, compliance, audit, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 15+ years of Finance experience, including regional leadership across Latin America.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, treasury, tax, cross-border payments, stablecoins, FP&A, and multi-country operations.
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or technology is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
• Strategic mindset, executive presence, commercial acumen, change leadership, and strong stakeholder communication.
