What you will do

• Manage monthly and annual financial close, including accruals, amortizations, and analytical reviews.
• Perform high-risk balance sheet, bank, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Execute tax compliance activities including VAT, ICA, and corporate income tax filings.
• Develop technical accounting memos on revenue recognition and GAAP differences.
• Drive process improvements and automation within the ERP system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Intermediate English and Spanish proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Colombian tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or Big Four firms (strongly preferred).

Nice to have

• Postgraduate specialization in IFRS, Tax, or Finance.
• Familiarity with Power Query or Power BI.
