What you will do

• Develop and interpret financial concepts for planning, forecasting, and operational control.
• Analyze current and future financial performance and prepare recommendations for financial plans, acquisitions, and operating forecasts.
• Conduct economic research covering rates of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Support accounting standards, internal controls, business analysis, and key initiative management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to finance process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience in financial analysis, planning, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or business performance analytics.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
• Experience with economic research, financial modeling, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Advanced use of pivot tables, macros, and spreadsheet formulas.
• Digital fluency, including the ability to use emerging technologies such as generative AI tools.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with Hyperion, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Advanced degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
