What you will do

• Partner with executive and functional leadership teams on financial performance, monthly results, and quarterly forecasts.
• Analyze operating expenses, headcount, financial drivers, and variances to recommend cost and performance improvements.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable financial insights.
• Manage expense and headcount allocation while improving accountability, efficiency, and return on investment.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives covering cost optimization, process automation, and enhanced financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles.
• Advanced experience with financial modeling, forecasting, long-range planning, and business cases.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledgers, financial statements, OpEx, CapEx, and headcount management.
• Experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders and leading complex projects independently.
• Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, communication, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adaptive, NetSuite, Workday, Coupa, G Suite, or OfficeConnect.
• Experience applying AI tools to finance or analytics work.
