Warehouse Technician (2nd Shift)

Location: Onsite in Delavan, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $21.00 per hour, plus an 8% second-shift differential for a total of $22.68 per hour.

What you will do

• Unload and load trucks using mechanical and manual handling methods.
• Verify inventory and shipping and receiving documentation.
• Move raw materials and finished goods to the appropriate departments and storage areas using hand trucks or forklifts.
• Pick and palletize orders for shipment.
• Record receiving, inventory control, and warehouse transactions accurately and on time.
• Use SAP and other production and inventory control systems to receive and ship domestic and export orders.

Requirements

• Ability to follow verbal instructions, written work instructions, and quality plans with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety and housekeeping rules.
• Ability to operate forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, pallet wrappers, and scales; a forklift license is preferred.
• Ability to complete 5S and tank hazardous-material training.
• Ability to perform medium physical work frequently and heavy work infrequently, including moving items weighing 5–20 pounds.
• Availability for the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with occasional mandatory overtime.
