Material Handler 4 (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, audit, package, move, and ship inventory and non-inventory materials.
• Process material transactions, returns, transfers, cycle counts, and inventory audits using Oracle and other business systems.
• Coordinate shift workflow, workload priorities, resource allocation, and shift pass-down communication.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, material shortages, quality issues, and operational constraints through root cause analysis.
• Lead and participate in Lean, Kaizen, continuous improvement, layout, and material-flow optimization initiatives.
• Train and mentor team members while serving as a subject matter expert for assigned processes and systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least five years of related experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or material handling; six months of experience as an hirify.global Material Handler is also required.
• Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, material flow, quality audits, and powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Business Objects, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, training, and workload-prioritization skills.
• Must be legally authorized to access United States-controlled technology before beginning work.
