Salary: $90,000–$150,000 base salary, plus equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with the Chief Innovation Officer on enterprise expansion, partnerships, and AI transformation initiatives.
• Drive embedded deployments of hirify.global and Felix inside leading financial institutions, supporting expansion to firmwide adoption.
• Build joint go-to-market programs with strategic consulting partners serving banks, asset managers, and related institutions.
• Design and operate AI upskilling and reskilling curricula.
• Structure ambiguous strategic problems into workstreams, project plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Prepare executive decks, memos, and models while coordinating product, go-to-market, partnerships, and client teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting for financial institutions, investment banking with strategy exposure, or chief-of-staff work at a high-growth startup.
• Strong commercial and strategic judgment combined with hands-on analytical and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines in ambiguous environments.
• Polished executive communication and credibility with senior leaders at technology and financial institutions.
• Fluent daily use of AI tools and strong interest in applying AI to financial services.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City and able to work in the office.
