Senior Consultant (Adoption Services)

Location: Must be based in Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco

Salary: $115,000–$175,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to identify revenue process gaps and adoption challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing domain expertise in revenue operations and AI workflows.
• Translate complex sales practices into scalable platform strategies.
• Develop enterprise-grade deliverables including strategic roadmaps and governance frameworks.
• Partner with customers to map business outcomes to effective revenue workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technical Architects, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in go-to-market organizations or consulting.
• Deep understanding of revenue workflows like forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Must be based in one of the specified US office locations.

• Experience with revenue intelligence platforms like hirify.global, Clari, Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
