Location: Hybrid: Must be based within reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global office in the US and work onsite at least three days per week.

Salary: $171,000 – $180,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI workflows across Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and Corporate Banking.
• Translate ambiguous institutional challenges into technical requirements, solution blueprints, and strategic execution roadmaps.
• Establish AI governance and risk frameworks aligning with SR 11-7 and emerging SEC/EU AI Act requirements.
• Advise executives on LLM platform selection and build-vs-buy analyses across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Drive practice growth by developing commercial opportunities, authoring proposals, and leading RFP responses.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Management Consulting or banking transformation within Tier-1 Banking or Capital Markets.
• Proven experience deploying Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Proficiency in enterprise LLM integration via AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Working knowledge of Model Risk Management and financial services regulatory controls.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or Financial Engineering.
• Technical certifications in cloud providers (AWS, Azure) or data platforms (Databricks).
