Senior Manager, Agentic AI Transformation - Banking & Capital Markets (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the United States; candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a hirify.global office or approved coworking location. Consultants may work onsite at client locations, and must work from a hirify.global office or approved coworking location at least three days per week between engagements. Offices and coworking locations include New York City, Charlotte, Greater Seattle, San Francisco Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, and Washington D.C. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $200,000–$235,000 per year, plus annual performance and uncapped personal sales bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead client advisory and end-to-end delivery of complex Agentic AI workflows across banking, capital markets, asset management, wealth management, and corporate banking.
• Translate institutional challenges into technical requirements, target operating models, solution blueprints, and execution roadmaps.
• Manage cross-functional teams spanning business, data science, infrastructure, risk, and compliance.
• Design AI governance, observability, monitoring, auditability, guardrails, and model-risk controls for production deployments.
• Advise executives on LLM, platform, build-versus-buy, and secure cloud deployment strategies across AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex AI.
• Develop commercial opportunities, proposals, statements of work, RFP responses, thought leadership, and intellectual property for the Agentic AI practice.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in management consulting or banking transformation, focused on Tier-1 banking, capital markets, or asset and wealth management.
• Experience designing and deploying Agentic AI solutions involving multi-agent orchestration, semantic routing, autonomous workflows, AutoGen, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise LLM selection, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integration with Azure, GCP, and AWS Bedrock.
• Hands-on experience with LLM and agent observability, tracing, guardrails, auditability, Model Risk Management, SR 11-7, data privacy, security, and financial-services controls.
• Proven ability to originate business opportunities, shape consulting solutions, build client relationships, and convert opportunities into sold work.
• U.S. work authorization is required, and employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Financial Engineering, or a highly quantitative business discipline.
• Cloud, data-platform, or AI-governance certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, or Databricks certifications.
