Salary: $97,777 - $128,333

What you will do

• Advise staffing and recruiting companies on process and technology changes to drive business improvements.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Automation, Amplify, and Analytics implementation projects.
• Deploy and optimize AI-driven Digital Workers to execute activities within recruiter workflows.
• Configure hirify.global Analytics solutions, including dashboards and reporting frameworks, to track performance.
• Perform technical feasibility assessments for configuration requests and drive governance and risk management.
• Collaborate with Solution Owners, Sales, and technical teams to align on solution design.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in the staffing industry or complex SaaS implementation.
• Strong expertise in automation, AI, or analytics solutions.
• Proven track record of executing and optimizing complex business processes.
• Experience leading the implementation of complex business solutions within architectural designs.
• Must be based in North America (NOAM).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business degree preferred).

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CSP/ASA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Deep understanding of recruiter workflows and client fulfillment cycles.
