What you will do

• Execute daily delivery activities for assigned client programs as scoped by senior leadership.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client relationships, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments in accordance with approved methodologies and quality standards.
• Communicate complex security findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal analysts and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and keep client initiatives on track.
• Act as a power user of hirify.global products to support client objectives and surface feedback to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as consulting, customer success, or sales.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical cybersecurity concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Systematic approach to troubleshooting and process management.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with vendor security assessments, GRC, or internal audit.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence, security ratings, or continuous monitoring.
• Experience with AI tools for research and workflow efficiency.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite.
