What you will do

• Own and advance the Ascend methodology and One hirify.global Delivery Experience to ensure consistent, scalable implementation standards.
• Develop and launch new consulting offerings, AI-enabled delivery capabilities, and automation assets.
• Lead services engineering, delivery innovation, and the industrialization of consulting intellectual property.
• Partner with Product Management and Development to align product strategy with services delivery and SaaS adoption.
• Validate new capabilities and transition them into Industry Vertical Practices for global adoption.
• Build and develop a multidisciplinary global team to accelerate innovation and capability development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 13+ years of progressive experience in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software at a senior leadership level.
• 8+ years of experience managing and developing multidisciplinary global teams.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally within ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record in professional services transformation, methodology development, and new product introduction.
• Strong AI and technical expertise with the ability to translate technology opportunities into business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience within an enterprise resource planning provider or complex enterprise SaaS organization.
• Experience packaging professional services through automation, AI, or standardized delivery methods.
• Relevant master’s degree.
• Experience leading innovation across multiple industries and stakeholder groups.
