Compensation: $158,000 – $190,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead AI workstreams from concept through delivery, defining requirements, KPIs, and product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams to build and deploy AI-driven features and models.
• Drive product adoption and ensure scalability of platform features across multiple industry groups.
• Use LLMs and agent frameworks to rapidly prototype workflows and test new AI-driven ideas.
• Communicate progress and business impact to senior stakeholders through data-driven narratives.
• Mentor junior team members on product, technical, and analytical skill sets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and able to work from the New York office on a hybrid schedule.
• Not open to visa sponsorship or transfer (including H1-B, F-1, OPT, TN, etc.).
• Strong technical foundation with experience in data-related programming languages like SQL, Python, or R.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through AI/ML solutions.
• Experience managing product life cycles from discovery to production-grade optimization.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
