TL;DR
RME Planner (CMMS/InFor EAM): Managing asset records, work planning, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and spare-parts inventory for a large facilities operation with an accent on EAM data accuracy, materials management, and performance reporting. Focus on optimizing maintenance processes, coordinating work-order workflows, training users, and solving inventory and system-data issues in a fast-paced facility.

Location: Onsite in Staten Island, New York, USA. The operation may run 20 hours a day, 7 days a week, including most holidays, so flexibility with hours and days is required.

Salary: $36.13–$42.50 per hour, approximately $5,780–$6,800 per month based on 160 hours.

What you will do

  • Measure, publish, and interpret facility performance metrics, identifying process issues and recommending corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate equipment, asset, work-order, preventive-maintenance, schedule, route, and work-package data in Infor EAM.
  • Support work scheduling, assignment, creation, planning, updating, and closure while reviewing labor, vendor, parts, and completion data.
  • Manage spare-parts and materials processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, stock organization, critical-spares lists, and cycle counts.
  • Partner with facilities teams and corporate EAM business analysts to improve functionality, coding standards, preventive-maintenance procedures, reports, costs, and parts quality.
  • Train and coach end users and EAM administrators, serving as a liaison for problem-solving and escalations.

Requirements

  • Two-year associate degree or professional training in business administration, information systems, engineering, or a related field; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3+ years of related experience in a maintenance, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
  • 4+ years of experience working with enterprise asset management software; Infor EAM ASE experience is highly desired.
  • 2+ years of data-analysis experience in facilities maintenance, particularly asset management and spare-parts optimization.
  • Experience communicating with peers, hourly associates, and senior management about maintenance, inventory, and cost control.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, self-direction, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS user experience.
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance knowledge.
  • Skilled-trade training or equivalent technical expertise.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing maintenance inventory, project estimating, scheduling, enterprise-server CMMS systems, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, information systems, or equivalent professional experience.
